As any rugby club treasurer will tell you running a rugby club is an expensive business!
PL2000 was therefore set up by a number of long standing club members to help the club with their fund raising activities.

Over the past few years PL2000 has organised a black tie “Dinner Dance and Fund Raising Auction” which has been aimed at club members and local businesses.

Preston Lodge Rugby Club is deeply indebted to all our supporters and those companies who have supported our dinners over the years. The generosity shown has been very much appreciated and has genuinely helped to keep the club going forward. The funds raised to date have already made a direct impact on the Club’s ability to field successful and competitive teams whilst also allowing us to invest in the future of the club.

This year (2007) our dinner will take place in the Royal Musselburgh Golf Club, Prestonpans on Friday 18 May.

There are a small number of table available at £400 per table of ten.
